Ashley Cunningham is our longest serving employee, having joined the Mills team in 2014.
As our Office Administrator, Ash is our quiet achiever working hard to ensure the timely delivery of finance services such as onboarding of new candidates, payroll, invoicing, document control and general office support.
Ash loves spending time with her hubby and dog, but you might be surprised to know that she is a big adrenalin junkie, and loves anything that goes fast or gets the heart pumping with excitement - think motorbikes, quadbikes, drift trikes and zip lining!

Eliza has just over fifteen years recruitment experience having started her career in Sales and Marketing Recruitment in Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK. She moved with her husband and daughter to Perth, WA in January 2005 and continued with her Recruitment Career working in Sales and Marketing, Accounting and Finance, before branching out into Business Support Services, Engineering and then Mining. The last five years have seen her focusing exclusively in Engineering, Heavy Industrial, Infrastructure and Mining.
Eliza has a real passion for recruiting White Collar roles in the Engineering, Technical and Mining Industries. Samantha Ruddy joined the Mills Resources team at the end of 2016 as Finance Manager
Leading the Finance team, Samantha is responsible for the delivery of finance services such as payroll, accounting, treasury, reporting, strategy, budgeting, and insurance management, in accordance with legislative requirements and organisational policies and strategies.
Samantha has over 20 years’ experience in providing professional services across a broad range of finance areas including compliance, business process, business advisory and consultancy. Prior to joining Mills Resources, Samantha held senior finance positions working with not-for-profit organisations, Business Consultancy and Public Practice firms in Perth.
Samantha is a qualified CPA, holding a degree in Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Taxation) and an Associate Diploma of Business in Accounting.
When she's finished balancing the books, Samantha enjoys reading a good book and a good glass of red wine, when not being a mum to two busy teenage boys, and she's always up for dancing, listening to music and watching a good live band!
